Exchange Policy

Online Exchange And Return - For Australia

Exchange Policy

All products can be exchanged or returned within 30 days of purchase.
Products must be returned in original condition, with tags intact.
First exchange is free (send back to the address below and we will send out the exchange freight free

Returns & Exchanges

Please include the following:

A copy of your invoice number with returned items listed
A description of new size or colour required in exchange
Affix appropriate postage to return your parcel with comprehensive tracking
Return by mail to the Thomas Cook Returns address below

Your refund can only be issued back to the original method of payment, whether that be via Credit Card, AfterPay or PayPal.
Refunds cannot be transferred onto any other card/ bank account.

Return Policy International

For International customers your items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
Products must be returned in original condition, with tags intact.
Return for refund only (No exchanges)
If you wish to make an exchange, please return your items for a full refund and re-order online.
